Giulia Ballerini
Giulia is a young Italian scholar with a keen interest in Corporate and Insolvency Law. Her research ranges from priority rules in corporate restructuring, to the intersection of sustainability and insolvency law, to corporate governance issues.
She decided to join the fellowship program at the UvA to learn more about some aspects of restructuring plans governed by the Dutch WHOA and to engage with UvA insolvency and corporate law scholars. She will also co-teach the Course Insolvency Law & Corporate Finance (coordinator: Rolef de Weijs).
