Jessica Sbalzer is a visiting fellow with ACT from 1 July 2021 to 1 November 202. Jessica is a law student at the University of Brescia. Her thesis research focuses on the relationship between law and new technologies, particularly with regard to smart contracts and the protection of fundamental rights, taking into account the challenges of digitalization and how private law can react to these socio-economic changes.
