Peng Guo is a Ph.D. candidate in law at the University of New South Wales, Australia. His doctoral thesis focuses on the principle of good faith in long-term relational contracts in the context of hardship. He is also interested in comparative contract law, the CISG and the UNIDROIT Principles.  Peng was a visiting fellow to CSECL in 2014.
