The workshop will take place via Zoom and will consist of approximately six short presentations on topics such as the challenges of preparing a PAR-based study, methods of participation and collaboration, and the positionality of the academic researcher. Each presentation will be given by a different group of scholars who have previously worked or are considering working with the PAR approach in their research – including academics from TU Delft, the University of Cincinnati, the IIED in Edinburgh and the N-EXTLAW team themselves. The aim of the workshop is to bring together scholars from various disciplines and strike a conversation on the ways PAR is applied in different geographical regions and environmental and social contexts.
