Ömür Karaağaç visiting fellow at CSECL from 24 September to 19 December 2018

Ömür Karaağaç (born 1989) is a research assistant at the Faculty of Law at Yalova University and a PhD candidate at Gazi University Social Sciences Institute since 2014, where he is working on a thesis titled "International Franchise Contracts". He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Gazi University in 2011. Between 2011 and 2014, he completed a master's degree at Gazi University Social Sciences Institute and wrote his thesis on the acquisition of immovable property by companies as foreign investors in Turkish Law. His research interests are in citizenship law, foreigners’ law, conflict of laws, international civil procedure law, international arbitration and international investment law.
