Giuseppe Versaci is a PhD candidate at the University of Siena (joint PhD with the University of Foggia). He graduated in Law from the University of Catania (2015) and got a Diploma from the Scuola Superiore di Catania, higher education centre of the University of Catania (2016). He has worked as trainee at the Civil Court of Messina (December 2015 - May 2017).

Giuseppe’s PhD research is about the interplay between data protection law and contract law, focusing on how to reconcile the different backgrounds and underlying principles with regards to the so-called “free” digital content and services. More generally, he is interested in consumer and contract law.
