Giuseppe is a graduate student from Scuola Superiore di Catania (higher education centre of the University of Catania). After the graduation in Law with a thesis on "Linked credit agreements" (supervisor: Prof. Maria Rosaria Maugeri), he has been working as trainee at the Civil Court of Messina. His research interests lie primarily in the area of contract law, in particular consumer law. At the CSECL he will conduct a research about the two Directive Proposals on digital contracts.
