About Jessica:

I am a law student at the University of Brescia. My thesis research focuses on the relationship between law and new technologies, particularly with regard to smart contracts and the protection of fundamental rights. In a comparative view, my research activity takes into account the challenges of digitalization and how private law can react to these socio-economic changes.
